Giuliana Rancic has revealed that she is stepping down as the host of E!
The author and restaurateur will remain a mainstay on the network, continuing on as a co-host of E!’s Live From the Red Carpet and Fashion Police.
The network confirmed in a press release that Rancic will be stepping down from her duties from the network series on August 10.
E! general manager Adam Stotsky said that Rancic has “played an instrumental role in building E!“.

According to a report by Deadline, Rancic will transition out of her day-to-day role with E! The decision stems from the “Fashion Police” host executive producing her own show for Oxygen and wanting to expand her merchandise franchises. The 18-year-old star wore her hair in dreadlocks for the event, prompting Giuliana to joke she looked as if she smelt of “patchouli oil or weed”.
The entertainment journalist will stay on as co-host of “E!’s Live From the Red Carpet” and as part of “Fashion Police“.
