GLEE’s Naya Rivera Welcomes First Child with Husband Ryan Dorsey

The day has finally arrived, Naya Rivera is officially a mother! Well, of course she was – just imagine the lullabies that child is getting to hear. 

Naya Rivera has something new to sing about – the former “Glee” actress has become a first-time mom. “And Ryan has awesome paternal instincts and has been waiting on them both hand and foot”, the source added. Rivera and Dorsey went the traditional celebrity route by giving their son an untraditional name: Josey Hollis Dorsey.

An insider close to the couple also revealed to Us that though they are new to parenting, they’ve apparently taken to it like a fish to water.

It seems like it was only yesterday that Naya announced that her and Ryan would be expecting their first child together. “I’m on the treadmill” – leading us to believe she was already hard at work getting rid of that extra baby weight.

In a report with Entertainment Tonight, the sultry star has been documenting her pregnancy for her fans. Rivera said in a previous post regarding her pregnancy.

A rep for the actress did not immediately respond to the Daily News’ request for comment. “It truly was one of those precious memories I will have fovever”.

Rivera and Dorsey’s marriage from July 2014 was met with a few controversy, as they walked down the aisle just months after her rocky, public breakup from rapper, Big Sean.
