Go to caucus, even if your spouse cheats
Despite controversies, criticisms and even a reported attempt by some members of his party to discredit him, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump remains firmly way ahead of his rivals in nationwide polls and still going strong.
The newspaper said Trump “invoked a series of stereotypes about Jews that are often deemed offensive and even anti-Semitic” including those that reference “money and control”. No presidential candidate is.
Trump has faced fierce criticism for several remarks he has made in recent weeks, including saying “thousands” of Muslims in New Jersey cheered when the World Trade Center collapsed in the 9/11 attacks of 2001, a claim that has been widely debunked.
His non-committal statement drew immediately a smattering of boos from the audience as the topic of Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel is a priority for many in America’s pro-Israel groups.
Trump has repeatedly said this week that Clinton will attend a campaign event or do a heavily negotiated media interview, then disappear for several days – he says to sleep, something that he only does for a few hours each night.
Trump told The Associated Press on Wednesday he has “a real question as to whether or not both sides want to make” Mideast peace.

Such a lack of trust, according to the latest Quinnipiac University poll, might be astonishing if we were not already accustomed to hearing about it – about our politicians in general and about these two candidates in particular. At the same time, however, the ADL “urged” Trump “to clarify that he did not mean his comments to be interpreted that way”.
Donald Trump now has the support of 36 percent of registered GOP voters and GOP-leaning independents.
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush draws 5%, while the rest of the crowded GOP field remains under 3%.
Florida Senator Marco Rubio was in fourth place, getting the nod of 12 percent of those surveyed. Rubio and Carson are tied at 19%, and Trump is at 18%.
He lauded Israel for being “on the frontlines of our civilizational struggle against radical, apocalyptic Islam”. “But do they talk about that?” he said.
On immigration, an issue that has been a focal point of Trump’s campaign, most Americans say the government should not attempt to deport all people living in the country illegally (63 percent).
“And about what happened to us just now with the two sleeze bags that did what they did and killed 14 people… if there were a couple of people in that room who had guns, if this guy here or this guy here or that guy or that woman, if you had guns would have been a different story”, he said. Reminding voters that they needed to get out the vote, get energized and go caucus, both for him and so the other team doesn’t win.
