Goalkeeper Joe Hart joins Torino on loan from Man City
Heading the clear-out was Hart, the England goalkeeper who was loaned to Italian club Torino after dropping to third choice at City behind new signing Claudio Bravo and Willy Caballero.
The English goalkeeper will join Serie A side Torino on a season-long loan, the club announced on Wednesday.
England worldwide Hart, 29, had been City’s first-choice goalkeeper since 2010, winning two Premier League titles, two League Cups and one FA Cup.
Television pictures showed Hart arriving at the city’s Caselle airport and widespread reports in the Italian media said he will sign for Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side Tuesday if he successfully completes a medical.
“I’m delighted to return to Chelsea”, Luiz told the Chelsea website after signing a three-year contract.
