Goldberg decimates Lesnar in near record time last night

We saw him walking out to the arena in a loud chant amongst the fans. No sir, not at all.

After two earth-shattering spears to Brock Lesnar, and a devastating jackhammer, the Beast Incarnate was defeated. What will Bill Goldberg say after his victory over Brock Lesnar?

This nearly makes sense.

Fans might remember that Bill Goldberg injured himself on the last Monday Night Raw prior to the pay-per-view. Goldberg was set to retire, and Lesnar is heading to the UFC. It was a shocking match that I’m sure people will talk about for years to come. The smart bet was on Lesnar, and the overall odds on Goldberg winning were low.

During WWE’s Sunday night event, Goldberg defeated Brock Lesnar in the main event match. The most obvious name is Roman Reigns. Tune in tonight when they don’t get along at all, again.

Goldberg said repeatedly this was a one-and-done.

Goldberg then proceeded to tell the crowd that the only way he could earn his title shot is by entering the 2017 WWE Royal Rumble.

Another reason why his Survivor Series match was so short with such little offence from Brock is because of Goldberg’s physical condition. And it’s not necessarily a bad plan.

But was it worth it?

Who would not tune in to see that payoff?!? And we won’t know if it paid off for awhile yet.

He may prove to be particularly helpful to the company at the Royal Rumble, an event taking place in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

They highlighted that Lesnar would probably dominate Rusev and move on to feud with the likes of Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura or even Braun Strowman during the Wrestlemania season.

What do you make of the rumours that Brock Lesnar wanted his match against Goldberg to finish that way? In other words, he’s in, and 29 other Superstars just became “next”. He stalked the man who ended The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak and delivered a second spear.

Good show overall, though watching a show for five hours is a big chunk of time taken out of your day.

Apparently, there are a lot of options for the WWE as far as booking Goldberg.
