Google Chrome Is Apparently Bypassing Adblock
When the time is right, Chrome will take out the garbage (believe it or not, that’s actually the computer science term for what the new version of Chrome is doing).
To free the memory, the new Chrome will clean up any old and unused data in the memory.
Speed is one of Chrome’s “founding principles”, Ryan Schoen, a Google product manager and performance promoter, said yesterday in a blog post. Now, Chrome restore your tabs more efficiently and the browser opens those tabs first that you most recently looked at saving your time. It has created a Chrome extension called ‘Rehumanize’ that will replace every written instance of words used to dehumanise refugees with the word “human”. Some Web sites benefit from this feature more than others – Google’s Gmail Web app uses 25 percent less memory in Chrome 45.
With the Syrian refugee crisis dominating headlines, a discussion about the language we use to talk about about refugees couldn’t be more timely.
The process of improving reloading seems to have been inspired from a Chrome extension introduced in May. “This latest version of Chrome includes the most recent wave of performance updates, but there’s much more in the works for upcoming versions of Chrome”.
You can also reduce the battery consumption by your Smartphone or laptop by using the new version Chrome.
Chrome 45 is available for desktop users of the browser now. Chrome will automatically pause the flash animations that are not vital for the operation of the website. Google’s lab tests showed that Chrome can save up to 15% of your battery life but it still depends on what operating system you use and if a lot of Flash content is used on the websites you frequent.
Google appears to be punishing users who install advert-blocking software by forcing them to sit through lengthy commercials with no option to skip them.
