Google Home advertises Beauty and the Beast, quickly stops

After mentioning a detail about the movie, it said, “For some more movie fun, ask me to tell you something about Belle”, a main character in the film. Even if users were piqued by the ad and proceeded to consider buying tickets for the film, Home wouldn’t have been able to let users do as such. Even if you have no plans to see the new movie, this segment is sure to put a smile on your face and distract you from the more serious things demanding your attention. That feature is supposed to offer users information about the weather, their calendars and relevant news.
When asked about the snippet, Google denied that it’s actually an ad.
Some Google Home users have reported that they can hear an audio for the recently released movie Beauty and the Beast. Later, a company spokesperson clarified further to the publication, “This wasn’t meant to be an ad”.
The best scene in this production of Beauty and the Beast was by far the iconic ballroom number. They step out onto the crosswalk to perform the movie’s musical numbers while the traffic light is red.
Kevin Kline, who plays Belle’s dad, decided to make him a more artistic type, which gave Emma the chance to make her Disney princess more inventive.
The idea of putting adverts inside personal assistants is one that has been circulating for a while.
Later, Google followed up and explicitly stated the message “wasn’t meant to be an ad”. Some Android users have also said they are also hearing it from their Google Assistant on their mobile devices.

On Thursday, March 23, the “Beauty and The Beast” cast will be taking over the bottom floor of the HUB-Robeson Center with performances throughout the day. That could help it keep up with Amazon.com Inc., which is already accepting potentially profitable online orders through its Echo speakers, powered by its Alexa assistant.
