Google’s Next Flagships Will Be Called Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P
After seeing how Nexus 6 did not sell well at all thanks to ludicrously high price tag, Google learned its lesson the hard way and according to our previously published info, the starting price of Nexus 5X is going to be $399.99.
I remind you that both the Huawei Nexus and the LG Nexus are expected to arrive with potent hardware platforms.
Two new leaked photographs of the alleged 2015 edition of Google’s Nexus 5 smartphone have been posted on Korean blogsite underKG. This means the processor will no longer cause overheating problems for the handsets. It may have up to 3GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 64GB of internal memory and a 2,700 battery. It will house a 12-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel front shooter.
The only catch here is that the Now on Tap feature will only work with Android M Developer Preview 3, which was released last month.
It was previously made known that the LG Nexus 5X will be coming in black or white.
For starters, scanners won’t be used only to unlock the device, but also to authorize payments using Android Pay in the offline world or within Play Store apps.
Hopefully, these details will be clarified by either Google or LG soon. Users would also enjoy multi-app and split-screen support, memory tracking to ensure better usage of memory, chrome custom tab, quick fingerprint access and full support for USB Type-C port.
Anyone who has been following Android phone news will know that today’s invite is a major hint at the Android Marshmallow release date. They will then be available for pre-orders two weeks after their launch. Expected to take of the show is Google CEO Sundar Pichai and he has tons of unloading to make, reports say.
