GOP establishment moving a little closer to accepting Trump

Trump certainly holds a commanding national lead over the rest of the Republican presidential field. Both are aggressively courting evangelical voters, Tea Partiers and social conservatives in Iowa. Researchers found that 10 percent of Republican primary voters now admit they are less likely to vote for him as the controversy stemming from his Canadian birth continues to swirl around his head. He didn’t go as far as endorsing Trump, although he did say, “We have an opportunity once again to make America great again”.
Nine days from the first nominating contest in Iowa, however, it was Republican rival Marco Rubio who won the endorsement Saturday from the Des Moines Register, the state’s biggest and most influential newspaper.
Next comes two former governors, Florida’s Jeb Bush and Arkansas’s Mike Huckabee. “In fact, a lot of the polls that are done in traditional ways in that state, you would have a turnout of a half-a-million people, based on what they are getting in response rate”.
