Government to install lights in all dark spots across the capital

According to non-government organisations, there are around 700 dark spots in the capital.

Minimum wage of unskilled workers were raised from Rs 8,632 to Rs 9,048.
However, the government did not give figures of the enhanced wages.
The government also said that it will look into complaints for anti-labour measures, including that many contractors keep the ATM cards of the labourers and unauthorisedly withdraw part of the cash which should be paid to labourers.
