Grandmother Sees Photo From Baby’s Daycare-Where ‘Worker’ Is Putting Her Foot
Police and social services are investigating a day care operation in Gaffney, S.C. after neighbors became concerned about a picture that surfaced on social media.
A youngster papped a photograph of their toe of the feet trapped inside a 7-month-old baby’s entrance on a own home in which the girl or boy was maintained and listed the shot on social websites, regulate said.
It was taken at a house in South Carolina where children were being cared for and it is understood the teen mum had gone to the house to visit her child.
Under South Carolina law, the homeowner would need a day care license if she watched more than one unrelated child on a regular basis.
“My grand baby means the world to me”. The baby’s father saw the picture and saved it to show to police.
The incident took place September 2 when someone who noticed the shared picture on Facebook notified police.
He said: ‘I’ve consulted with the solicitor’s office and a city court judge and I don’t know if there is a criminal charge at this time. “Somebody should be apologizing, and there should be something done about it”, said Bridgette Dawkins, who’s is friends with the mother of the baby in the photo. The case is being referred to the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, which could send the case to family court.
