Great British Bake-Off ‘Leak’ Claims
GREAT British Bake Off contestant Stuart Henshall has been forced to deny drug use. Yet Edd, who ended up winning that inaugural series, freely admits he never saw it coming. Next week: “Oh dear, I forgot to stir the cake mixture because at home we’ve got a butler to do the stirring for us and he’s on call all the time”. “I try not to go to supermarkets now”. “It’s insane to think it now gets three times that number”.
Edd, from Bradford, was 24 when filming started and working as a debt collector for Yorkshire Bank in Leeds.
“I’m from the North West and that’s where my sense of humour comes from”, adds the Wallasey-born foodie. “I’ve never been to South America”. Or if you said something and they didn’t quite catch it, they will ask you to say it again. I was shocked but my parents were happy.

This year’s youngest contestant is 19-year-old history student Flora Sheddon, and we’ve decided to see what she needs to do to compete with previous young competitors. She travelled by bus instead, but when she arrived at the centre there was no one else there.

Nor was Nancy afraid to argue her corner with judge Paul Hollywood.
“In the future I will make Black Forest Gateau my way”, he said.
I was always getting into trouble for talking in class and messing around. She thinks her style and description of herself are unanimous, saying “it might not be glamorous but it’s tasty”. “I just didn’t want to be first out”.
P: They were competitive at the beginning, but then they got to know each other. That pair are two tough cookies to impress.
Luckily for John, he scraped through to the next week and went on to win 2010′s competition. Contestants liken it to leading a double life.
With there being custard stealing and the notorious bin-gate in past series, it was only inevitable that SOME drama was going to rise out the Bake Off tent.
