Green Day slams Donald Trump during American Music Awards
Green Day have proved yet again to be one of Donald Trump’s most vocal critics, after the iconic punk band likened the United States president-elect to the “KKK”.
Following their performance at the EMAs, during which the band changed the lyrics in “American Idiot” to say “subliminal mind-Trump America”, Green Day struck out again at the president-elect, chanting “No Trump, no KKK, no fascist U.S.!”
Video of Green Day’s anti-Trump message can be viewed below.

She performed Side to Side, her collaboration with Nicki Minaj, with the pair appearing alongside topless male dancers on a jungle-themed stage. He wound up winning four, dominating the rap categories. Drake, however, hasn’t attended many awards shows in the last few years even when he leads in nominations.
“A mixing of culture, of rhythm and passion is what made this country the greatest country in the world”.

Green Day shouted “no Trump” during the AMAs performance, which elicited a series of responses from fans at home.
Bruno Mars kicked off the AMAs with some serious uptown funk: He sang his groovy hit, “24K Magic”, backed by his band who matched his slick, upbeat dance moves. “I don’t know what color he is, so I can’t deport him”, he said. She said: “Prince defied the odds. And it was interesting to see how songs like “Bang Bang” and ‘Say Goodbye” went from metaphor to literal, and that’s the part that was tripping me out.
