GTA V Online update 1.29 notes with massive changes
As the game maker emphasises in its recent post on Newswire, the Freemode session can be initiated directly without the use of menus, lobbies or extended load times.
As renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW (aka Ross) explains in his latest gameplay video for GTA Online, any discerning gamer can notice the lack of cars, weapons or any new purchasable content in the recent gameplay trailer released by Rockstar for the upcoming Freemode DLC.
There are a staggering amount of changes to read through too, adding much more to the game than the already documented Freemode Events and Rockstar Editor for consoles that you already know about.
The tool is available as a free update on Xbox One and PS4 today. They are Freemode Challenges, Time Trial, Criminal Damage, Hold the Wheel, Penned In, Dead Drop, Kill List, Checkpoint Challenge, Moving Target, Hot Property, Hunt the Beast and King of the Castle. It’s then other player’s job to hunt that player down.
In need of some inspiration to see what you can do with the Rockstar editor (out now on PC, out tomorrow on PS4 and Xbox One)? Penned In forces players to defend their place in an ever-shrinking dome from other players.
Create and export a video using the Rockstar Editor. One of these obviously has to do with the first person mode. PS4 and Xbox One owners can expect Achievements for using the Rockstar Editor. After sitting down with Rockstar North Director of Design, Imran Sarwar, he said the new update will be different.
