Guys Disguise Bible As Quran And Surprise People With Shocking Verses
A duo of Dutch comedians who run the Dit is Normaal YouTube channel pulled off a telling and incredibly timely stunt.
They include Timothy 2:12’s: “I do not allow a woman to teach” and Deiteronomy 25:12’s “You shall cut off her hand”.
With groups like Daesh and Boko Haram terrorizing entire regions and attacks in places like Paris, Beirut, and San Bernardino, it’s easy to understand why many people are scared.
“The Islam has been under huge scrutiny lately and is often criticised for being an aggressive religion… but what about Christianity?”.
“It’s all just prejudice, really”, one person admits.
The participants, unaware that the book being quoted is actually the Bible, react very strongly, with one saying, “How could one believe in this?”
(Leviticus)After being read these passages, which, keep in mind, they were told are from the Quran, the people in the video are appalled.
At the end, they reveal that these lines were actually from Christianity’s holy book, not that of Islam, much to the bewilderment of those caught on camera.
“Well I didn’t know this kind of stuff was also in this book”, said one woman.
“Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the unsafe threat it poses, our country can not be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life”, said Trump in the statement.
“If you reject my commands and abhor my laws”, the presenter read, citing Leviticus 26:15 before immediately jumping and combining this sentiment to the text in verse 29. They read some verses to the passerby from the Bible that were in sharp contrast to the modern western values and asked their opinion about them. Comparing the Bible and the Quran, one man said, “The Bible is a lot less harsh and a bit more peaceful”.
One man suscinctly summed up the responses to the Bible passages disguised as Islamic teachings.
One man goes so far as to admit that he tries to be unbiased in life, expressing shame that he could be so easily led by his prejudices.
