Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale reach a divorce settlement
Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have settled the terms of their divorce, TMZ reports. The musicians reportedly have agreed on the terms of their split.
When it comes to the money, Gavin agreed to take less than his 50% share of the community property, and that shuts up all the rumors that the couple is fighting over money.
Another source revealed that Stefani and Rossdale had no prenup. Apparently the agreement provides a 50/50 split in physical custody, but Gavin will actually have the kids for the majority of time because of Gwen’s touring schedule.Stefani, 46, recently released a break-up balled “Used to Love You”.
Stefani’s song “Used to Love You” was released this month.
The two already have been spotted dividing time with their children. The Daily Mail photographed Rossdale, 49, taking the boys to lunch in the beginning of the month while Stefani, 45, was seen bringing them to a pumpkin patch Saturday.
The No Doubt star cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition, which came after 13 years of marriage to the British rocker.
It was also reported that the pair had no prenuptial agreement in place, but they have reached a deal on the division of their assets, and the judge presiding over the case will finalise the divorce by the end of the year (15).
