Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale settle divorce, will share custody of kids
The mother of three stepped out with her three sons – Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7 and Apollo, 7 months – on Saturday for a few festive fun, marking their first Halloween together since Stefani announced her divorce from husband Gavin Rossdale in August.
On Wednesday Gwen Stefani Releases “Used to Love You” Video was a top story. The musicians reportedly have agreed on the terms of their split.
The financial talks also went smoothly even though Stefani and Rossdale didn’t sign a prenup before getting married. She says that her new album will be different because of her life experiences – and judging by the lyrics of “Used To Love You” (“Never thought this would happen – gotta let it sink in/You’re gone”), it’s obvious that this album is going to be very close to Stefani’s heart. Rossdale could have been entitled to 50 percent of the couple’s joint assets under California’s community property law.
“There are no issues when it comes to custody”, a source told People earlier this month. The Daily Mail photographed Rossdale, 49, taking the boys to lunch in the beginning of the month while Stefani, 45, was seen bringing them to a pumpkin patch Saturday. It is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
Gwen’s net worth is roughly around $100 million while Gavin is around $35 million.
The No Doubt star cited “irreconcilable differences” in her divorce petition, which came after 13 years of marriage to the British rocker.
