The main story of this game has nothing to do with the Ideal Gas Law, unfortunately it’s about a much more serious matter.

It’s time to put the whole idea of “Brandon Weeden can still play ball” to rest.

Greg Hardy had two of the Dallas sacks and Rolando McClain had another in their season debuts after four-game suspensions. The Cowboys had just been defeated by the Patriots. If Dallas can follow that recipe on Sunday afternoon, they can at least keep this game close to give them a chance for a last minute win. Brady has been almost flawless as he has nine touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Instead Hardy showed on Tuesday that he has learned nothing from being placed on the NFL’s commissioner exempt list for the 2014 season or from the short four-game suspension he served earlier this season to which he’ll return from on Sunday against the New England Patriots. Sure, the Week 3 game against the Atlanta Falcons saw a few early scoring via a running game that was previously unseen, but there’s been little else since then.
