Hating on Hillary: Republican convention down and dirty
Ted Cruz, repeatedly called a liar by Trump during their angry primary campaign, said he he hopes that the Republican Party’s principles “prevail in November”, and that Clinton loses; he also expressed support for a wall along the U.S. -Mexico border, but did not note that Trump made it a signature issue.
Hillary Clinton “undid all the gains of the troop surge” and Pence lamented her performance in Iran and Benghazi, repeating her explanation of “what difference, at this point, does it make”.
“I’m afraid for her life”, said Joanna Casey, a Democrat and one of Baldasaro’s constituents from Londonderry.
I will say this: Hillary Clinton has got to go to jail, Trump said at a June rally in San Jose.
“There appears to be a disconnect between the way OH voters see Muslims living in America and those who would like to make their homes here”, said Paleologos. I’m also a father who sent a son to war, to Iraq, as a Marine Corps helicopter avionics technician.
With Chris Christie’s mock witch trial and Ben Carson’s freaky revelation of the Hillary Clinton’s connection to Lucifer. She dropped the ball on over 400 emails requesting back up security. And then there was the suggestion by a New Hampshire delegate/Trump adviser that Hillary Clinton be executed for “treason.” Secret Service says it’s investigating the comments.
The lion’s share, $25.6 million, went to Trump Victory, which raises money for the Trump campaign, the Republican National Committee and 11 state party committees.
“Anyone that commits treason should be shot”, he told The Daily Beast.
The attacks are an echo of the 1990s when conservatives denounced President Bill Clinton as the chief executive dealt with scandal and impeachment. “When you take information on a server, that’s a non-classified server, classified info, and you’ve got names of American CIA, Secret Service, ambassadors or whatever and you’re sharing that out there, you’re giving the enemy information”.
And he told WMUR-TV, a New Hampshire ABC affiliate, that ‘as far as I’m concerned, it is treason and the penalty for treason is the firing squad ― or maybe it’s the electric chair now’. At the Republican convention this week, Baldasaro told a Boston radio show that he believes Hillary Clinton should be shot for treason for her handling of the Benghazi terrorist attack and her use of a private email server while State Department chief.
On Tuesday New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, introducing himself as a former federal prosecutor, conducted a call-and-response session in which delegates – whom he described as “a jury of her peers” – pronounced “Guilty!” as he reeled off a litany of supposed Clinton offenses.
But Baldasaro isn’t backing down.
“Freedom of speech is a handsome thing”. A year ago when a female state representative spoke out against a law that would ban women going topless, he wrote on her Facebook page, “Your nipple would be the last one I’d want to see”.
