Hawks rally late for 103-93 win over Pelicans
Tim Hardaway Jr. struggled in his first competitive game with the Hawks as the former New York Knicks guard played 15 minutes and only went 1-of-5 from the field for three points.

Kyle Korver, Al Horford and Kent Bazemore had 10 points apiece. Millsap, Tiago Splitter and Mike Scott all finished with nine.
Atlanta shot just 31 percent from the field in the first half but were 14-18 from the free throw line and only trailed the Pelicans 49-42. Also look for Budenholzer to roll with two guard lineups, pairing Teague with Schroder in the backcourt.
Anthony – returning from a left knee injury – posted 21 points in 25 minutes, shooting 10-of-15 in Washington on Friday.
This should be an intriguing match-up as the teams are predicted to have great seasons in the coming campaign. Shelvin Mack is slotted as the #3 PG, but could see time at the 2 as well.

On the offensive end, the Atlanta Hawks can utilize Tavares in the pick and roll game, leveraging his height to get to the basket. Bazemore is expected to once again serve as a quality guard off the bench for the Atlanta Hawks, as Kyle Kover appears firmly entrenched in the starter’s role.
