Heat G Wade out against Nuggets with shoulder injuries

Hassan Whiteside continues to dazzle on the defensive end and from all indications, the Heat will do everything they can to keep him. “It shows a lot about where he’s trying to go”, Wade said.

But these perceived shortcomings are largely noise for the sake of noise.

Before going down with a blood clot, last season Bosh was having his best statistical season since his Toronto days, rising to the pressure of franchise player in James’ absence.

Head to head, the Thunder are 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings overall but the home team is 5-2-1 AT S in the last eight meetings. The Heat played 23 of their first 35 games at home and are paying for that now, with a stretch where 11 out of 12 games will be on the road.

Better yet, they ought to start pushing the campaign of his All-Star status because they’ve got someone they can build around for the future.
