Maybe the hardest part of having the first-ever women’s match inside the Hell in a Cell would be to make it as memorable as others we’ve seen throughout the years. Holding onto the cell walls, Charlotte was dragged off of the cage with a powerbomb to the announcers table that had the boss bounce through carnage. Shane McMahon did it a year ago in Wrestlemania however, the way Mankind fell is utterly insane. The final blow for this match was administered by Alexander, whom gave the Lumbar Check to Gulak and pinned him for the three-count immediately afterwards.

The matches I am talking about are the Universal title match between Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins, as well as the women’s title match between Sasha Banks and Charlotte.

Also, don’t be surprised after this match if Owens begins a feud with his “best friend” Chris Jericho.

Through hell or high water, The Kevin Owens Show is still on.

But just like Roman vs Rusev and Owens vs Rollins, that’s not the story. But I’m guessing it would be the other way around.

Elsewhere on the show, Roman Reigns defeated Rusev to defend his USA title, but the real victor was the Bulgarian loser who was very popular with the Boston crowd. Rusev and Reigns duked it out, as the US Champ used his experience within the cage to devastating effect while the Bulgarian Brute fought back with pure savagery as he introduced his nemesis to the steel steps of the ring.

The competitors had the crowd in Banks’ hometown of Boston in the palm of their hand, from the moment Charlotte viciously ambushed her rival before the Cell was lowered into place and left doubts over whether the encounter would take place, to the moment Ric Flair’s daughter nailed a match-ending Natural Selection. They are the originators of women’s revolution and members of the new four horsewomen.

But, after the show on RAW Talk, Reigns did allude to the possibility that he might be gearing up for another run at the Universal title, so Monday night on RAW will tell us a lot about where the “Big Dog” is headed, presumably. That allowed Kendrick to lock in the Captain’s Hook for the win and become the new Cruiserweight Champion. WWE creative wants to make a trilogy out of this dynamic superstars and they aren’t going to change the plan. I see Enzo and Big Cass winning this match, but I see this feud as a whole get 50/50 booking. Proving that women can be just as good at making a main event at HIAC seem real. But my pick would be The New Day because they have Xavier Woods.
