Here’s how much the Apple iPhone 6s models will cost in India
To prevent the phone from bending, Apple may use 7000 series aluminum which is likely used in the making of the iPhone 6S, Mashable reports.
But such new features as a 3D touch display, 64-bit A9 chip, 12-megapixel iSight, and 5-megapixel Face Time HD cameras were still enough to impress Taiwanese consumers – at least initially – an industry insider said.
During a highly anticipated launch event, Apple unveiled the next generation upgrades to the iPhone 6 and launched a new program to help consumers pay for the devices as carriers phase out subsidies for new phones. However, as we suspected, Apple did no such thing, and so not hearing the new 4-inch iPhone announced yesterday came as no surprise to us.
Specifically, the iPhone 6S, which Apple announced on Wednesday, will be able to tap into the flavour of 700MHz network spectrum that T-Mobile provides, called Band 12.
For example, Verizon’s most recent subsidized plan worked like this: You’d pay $200 for that new iPhone up front.
If you have a cellphone in the U.S., you’re probably familiar with the practice of getting a new phone every two years under contract. It is much cheaper compared to what mobile carriers offer.
Apple’s installment plans are pricier than previous iPhone installment plans offered by carriers, though under those plans the iPhone isn’t necessarily sold unlocked and does not benefit from an extra year of warranty protection. Though this amounts to higher than the retail prices (at roughly $768 and $888 respectively), Apple is throwing in a few key features and services to compensate. The 16GB 6S will cost $199 with a two-year contract, and the 16GB 6S Plus will cost $299 with that same term. The camera features the iSight camera sensor, which brings auto focus, more pixels, and more.
Apple has released some new iPhones.
With all the information on the internet pointing out at the fact that the phones would be launched on 9th September, people are wondering on when they can finally lay their hands on these iPhones that they have been waiting to see for such a long time.
The 6s has a 1715 mAh lithium-ion battery, smaller than the 1810 mAh battery in the iPhone 6.
Prices will start from £539 for the 6S and £619 for the 6S Plus – and will be available to pre-order from Saturday 12 September 2015.
