Heroes Reborn gets Enigma and Gemini tie-in games – Heroes News – Cult
NBCUniversal is one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information to a global audience. It sounds like most of this batch will not have abilities, at least not when the show starts off.
“HEROES REBORN” premieres Thursday, September 24, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
Since we deal with Android gaming here, we are only going to focus on the Heroes Reborn: Enigma game.
The Enigma is the first mobile title in the expansive “HEROES” franchise, and will be accompanied by a second game called Heroes Reborn: Gemini, which will be available on PC and consoles around the same time. The game casts players as Cassandra, a new character that has the ability to manipulate time and use telekinesis, which she must use to overcome enemies and puzzles. Enigma will follow Cassandra’s sister Dahlia whose game will see her attempting to break out of “a secret government facility called The Quarry” according to the game’s press release.
While there will be two “Heroes Reborn” games, they won’t provide the same experience and will have a few minor differences like a “Pokemon” title.
Oh, and just so you know – there are ninja.
Both games, which are developed by the Chicago-based Phosphor Games and will be released digitally, can be enjoyed separately, but share key characters (some never-before-seen), story points, and gameplay dynamics.
“Anyone who watches Dark Matters will find the ton of clues, backstory and Easter eggs that we’ve layered in, said “Heroes Reborn” Executive Producer Tim Kring“.
Sadly, there’s no way to see the games in action quite yet.
A teaser video will debut on Sunday, July 12th at NBC’s “HEROES REBORN” panel at the San Diego Comic-Con.
The superhero TV show Heroes will be getting two video game spin-offs.
