Hilary Duff Launching New Album “Chasing the Sun”

Hilary Duff is all set to return to the Music world with her latest album “Chasing the Sun”. She will be introducing it in 2014 only.

It is seven years since this 26 years old actress and businesswoman was detached from the music industry. She took a long break from it and her last album was Dignity, released in 2007. After the lap of seven years this mom of Luca, 2, announced it on Wednesday, July 23 that she is all set to debut in music world once again. “Chasing the Sun”, this will be the name for her album and it will be launched in 2014 only.

On asking about her return to music world and seven years gap, Duff said”I took a break from music for quite awhile, but it gave me the power to choose my next steps carefully and I’m really proud of the album I’ve made,” she confirmed it in the release. And on asking about the album, what kind of it, she said”‘Chasing The Sun’ is a light and fun summer song that I hope helps people to feel a little more carefree.”

She also called this upcoming music album a “labor of love” for her. She said, “‘Chasing The Sun’ is just a peek into my new album. I’ve worked very hard and the album is a great representation of the experiences I’ve had in my life and where I want to go from here!”

Metamorphosis, the album, was released in 2003, and was noted as her best and most successful record till date. It was the number 1 album of 2003 and remained at first position in the album chart. “Come Clean” and ”So Yesterday” are some single hits of the album.
