Hillary Clinton’s private email server turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation
According to the Associated Press, the intelligence community inspector general reported to Congress Monday that Hillary’s emails contained at least two messages with information considered Top Secret. Those two emails were drawn out of a batch of 40 emails randomly selected from about 30,000 “work-related” emails Clinton turned over to the State Department.
Clinton’s use of her private email for her work as America’s top diplomat came to light in March and drew fire from political opponents who accused her of sidestepping transparency and record-keeping laws. The fact that the company she put in charge of securing it was sued for allegedly accessing a government database illegally – and causing massive disruptions in service – adds a whole new level of questions to her time with the State Department.
Hillary Clinton is proposing new $1,500 scholarships and expanded access to on-campus child care for college students who are parents – the latest planks in her week-long roll-out of measures designed to rein in the costs of higher education.
The trio was given one week to certify themselves. Clinton did not transmit the sensitive information herself, they said, and nothing in the emails she received makes clear reference to communications intercepts, confidential intelligence methods or any other form of sensitive sourcing.
Some 87 percent of Republicans say Clinton lied, it said, and 81 percent think her use of the device was a security risk.
Clinton says she exchanged about 60,000 emails in her four years as secretary of state. “While I do not know what information may be “responsive” for purposes of this law suit, I have directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody, that were or potentially were federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done”, she wrote in a declaration submitted to the court. Yet no grand jury has been convened and the Justice Department only now seems to show any interest in investigating.
But Hillary Clinton’s problems are now serious enough that we can start asking what will happen when she is not inevitable-and who else the Democratic Party has to turn to. “It’s an issue when people are prosecuted for disclosing classified information and then we now have this allegation yet to be determined, but the FBI’s looking into it, that classified information went across her private server.
For my wife Ruth, and I, that candidate is Hillary Clinton“, Harkin said.
Why did she hand her private e-mail server and a thumb drive over to the FBI this week after months of resisting? Clinton attended his event in September previous year.
The reseller caught up in the Hillary Clinton email security saga has been asked to provide facts about its management of her private email server to the Senate’s Homeland Security, according to reports.
This agenda is what we can expect from another Democrat in the White House, so it really does not matter who is nominated, in many respects, they are all the same.
It was supposed to be so much easier for Hillary Clinton. That’s why the first iteration of Clinton’s defense was that evil Republicans were simply smearing her. When that didn’t stick, Team Clinton expanded the indictment to include the partisan witch hunt by that famously right-wing organ the New York Times and two independent inspectors general.
