Hillary Picks A First Lady (And It’s Not Bill!)

The political powerhouses both shared their admiration for each other on Twitter just days before Hillary is set to take the stage in the first Democratic debate.

The consummate couple met in the early ’70s in the library of Yale Law School, where they were both studying.

Hillary Clinton told ABC News’ Barbara Walters back in 2003 that there was an “immediate attraction” between the two. He asked, we were in England on a trip after law school graduation.

Abedin is also the wife of disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner (D-NY) who resigned after a sexting scandal, and has been controversial herself in recent weeks after her involvement in Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

They see complicated marriages in their own lives and their own families, and know you can’t view a woman’s professional abilities by the decision she makes about whether to stay in her marriage or not, and that it’s more important to look at accomplishments, qualifications and policy positions. However, she Tweeted “Happy birthday!” to her better half and attached an old photo of the two of them. Nearly every week, there’s a new poll claiming that the coveted bloc of Gen Y voters (aka “Millennials”) are running away from Hillary Clinton as if she was a stranger in a dark alley.

She made these disclosures on the Clintons’ 40th wedding anniversaty.

“That was probably the worst moment that I can even imagine anyone going through because what he told me that morning was that he had not leveled with me or anyone else. I was dumbfounded. I was, you know, just beside myself with anger and disappointment”.

She said: ‘The jury was really out about whether the marriage would survive, whether I wanted it to survive’.

Hillary explained: “I’m not sitting here a few little woman standing by my man like Tammy Wynette”. “I’m sitting here because I love him and I respect him”.
