Holly Holm Will Fight Again Before Ronda Rousey Rematch
As far as Rousey is concerned, White promises that she will return to the Octagon soon but gave no exact date for her next bout.
Much of the talk after Holly Holm toppled Ronda Rousey in devastating fashion for the UFC women’s bantamweight championship at UFC 193 has centered around an immediate rematch.
While the attention here mostly lies in the fact that Holm will defend her title for the first time against someone other than Rousey, it’s important to take note of White’s full statement.
While the president had thought of scheduling a rematch between Holm and Rousey at UFC 200 in July, no confirmation has been made yet.
