Hugh Jackman Takes Over 12 Days of Deadpool, New Teaser Trailer Released
After counting down the 12 days of Christmas with new posters, an emoji keyboard and a TV spot, 20th Century Fox has finally released its second red band trailer for Deadpool.
Reynolds had been teasing a trailer for the past few weeks, hinting at its release during the National Basketball Association marathon of games on Christmas Day. We’ll know soon enough, but Ryan Reynolds believes that another reason his movie stands out from the comic book pack is that there are actual stakes amid the snark. Things really take off from there, as you can see for yourself in the new trailer. We get plenty of foul-mouthed and snarky mercenary chatter and good ol’ ultra violence along with a look at Colossus. “But when you find out your worst enemy is after your best girl, the time has come to be a f– super hero”.
Yesterday we saw Deadpool’s Christmas Eve message.
Ryan Reynolds plays Wade Wilson, a former special forces operative suffering from terminal cancer who undergoes an experimental treatment that saves his life and gives him accelerated healing.
Deadpool arrives in theaters on February 12, 2016.
Deadpool, directed by Tim Miller, also stars Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano, Brianna Hildebrand, and Stefan Kapicic.
