Hugh Jackman wants Shah Rukh Khan to play Wolverine

Are Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart leaving the X-Men franchise?
Jackman, wrestling with questions about how much longer he wanted to play Wolverine, asked the comedian for advice.
After 17 years and eight films, Hugh Jackman’s run as “The Wolverine” comes to an end.
“Significantly, every one of these films has been about something, and about something that was directly connected to the world we live in today, to society at large”, Stewart says.
So we’ll never see Wolverine and Professor X again? The character was last seen attempting to escape the complex he is held in. After this, he has played the character for a staggering eight times.
Jackman said at that point, he was called away for interviews, until his assistant made an excuse so he could catch the Best Picture announcement. “I am really invested in it”.
Prior to Deadpool breaking out, R-rated superhero films were scant on the big screen and but included The Watchmen, Kick-Ass, Blade and The Punisher. Things change, however, with the arrival of a new young mutant.

Logan //a //em takes place in the year 2029, where mutant births have become extremely rare.
Jackman also confessed that he got the idea of Logan at 4am in the night.
Plus he and Jackman have already shared the stage. sort of.
While Wolverine won’t be turning up in them any more, there are apparently still plans for core X-Men films following on from 2016’s X-Men: Apocalypse. Once Jackman went home, he comes to a realization as to what Jerry said and told his wife Deb, that being Wolverine in the film “Logan” would be his final appearance as Wolverine. Since X-Men released in 2000, he finally chose to stop being the mutant.
