Hundreds of hate messages target high school at center of rape case
The victim is just 14-years-old and was brutally attacked in a school restroom.
A 63-year-old man, originally from Britain, was arrested in Melbourne over the suspected murder of a UK-born toddler almost 50 years ago when a 3-year-old girl went missing from a shower block at a New South Wales beach in 1970.
The incident began about 9 a.m. Thursday, March 16, when the girl was walking in a school hallway and met Montano and Sanchez.
Both suspects, 17-year-old Jose Montano and 18-year-old Henry Sanchez, have been living in the USA for less than a year.
The two took turns holding the girl down and sexually assaulting her as she cried out, fought back and repeatedly told them to stop, according to police affidavits filed in court.
“They’re both confirmed illegal immigrants, and one had an active deportation order – and they’ve only been in the country for less than a year, so they’re recent arrivals”, Gheen pointed out. According to police, Montano asked the victim to walk with him and Sanchez. Blood and other DNA were found by police in the school bathroom.
“I can’t imagine what these people are thinking to even propose this bill days after this girl was raped by these two young men who were in the country illegally”, Hogan told the news station. This should not happen.
But when she refused, the pair allegedly forced the girl into a toilet before subjecting her to “horrifying” and “devastating” rape, sodomy and oral penetration. And lastly, tomorrow night Rockville High School will host its monthly parent teachers meeting. The House of Delegates voted 83 to 55 in favor of House Bill 1362, the proposed “Maryland Law Enforcement and Trust Act”, which would prevent state and local law enforcement agencies from cooperating with federal immigration officials seeking illegal aliens, including on “detainers”, or requests to detain inmates for immigration enforcement purposes.
“Schools should be a place where a parent puts their child on a bus or drops them off or sees them off and knows that they’re safe, and the idea that this occurred is shocking, disturbing, horrific and whatever other words that come to mind”, Spicer said.
“You have to ask yourself what would happen to these schoolchildren if they’re not allowed in school”, said Olivas, now the interim president of University of Houston-Downtown. Smith said the reason the 17 and 18-year-old suspects were enrolled as freshman instead of seniors is because they were in a special English learning program. But Sanchez Milian’s defense attorney, Andrew Jezic, said Wednesday that he was not guilty and called the encounter “consensual”.
“When Northern Virginia cracked down around 2005 from 2011, many illegals moved to Montgomery County, where they knew they would be treated more leniently”, Vaughan said.
We immediately contacted the Montgomery County Police Department.
– What exactly is being done to ensure the safety of students in the future?
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, a Republican, said on WBAL radio that the crime represents a “worst-case scenario”.
Maryland authorities have reported that two students from the Rockville High School have been taken into custody after a female student accused them of raping her in the high school’s bathroom. Our prayers are with her.
If there is criticism to be leveled, it is at federal immigration authorities for an overburdened system that is ill-equipped to nimbly deal with the complicated cases of unaccompanied minors.
