Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 Featured On Entertainment Weekly Cover
“Hunger Games” fans are definitely rejoicing as the new and final poster of “Mockingjay Part 2″ of “The Hunger Games” trilogy has been released.
The 25-year-old is seen drawing her famous bow back with an arrow notched in place whilst her mockingjay symbol, covered in fire, serves as the background.
Opening November. 20 in North America, “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2” also stars Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Jeffrey Wright, Natalie Dormer, Willow Shields, Jena Malone, Stanley Tucci and Julianne Moore. “Witness the evolution of Katniss & Prim” the caption reads.
“I never asked for this, I just wanted to save my sister and keep Peeta alive”, Katniss tells an ominous President Snow who warns, “It’s the things we love most that destroy us”. Turns out all those anti-Snow feelings?
Following on from the first Mockingjay, the second part of the story finds Katniss and the rebels making the final push against Donald Sutherland’s scheming President Snow and the Capitol, with lives on the line and sacrifices to be made.
The franchise’s leading lady published the very last poster for the film on her personal Facebook account on Wednesday, stating that tickets would be available for purchase the following day. And Lionsgate and Samsung debuted the office trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 exclusively on the Galaxy Tab device at San Diego Comic-Con and at Best Buy locations.
The Oscar victor took home $52 million in the year to June, Forbes magazine estimated.
