‘I’ve Always Had A Good Feeling About’ Putin
Asked to condemn the Kremlin’s alleged involvement in the assassination of reporters, Mr. Trump said, “Our country does plenty of killing, also”. And I’ve always had a good instinct about Putin, for me, I just feel that that’s a guy – and I can analyze people. I don’t know in that he has. I’m saying, when you say a man has killed reporters, I’d like you to prove it. And I’m saying it would be a awful thing if it were true.
Opposing conventional knowledge, Trump continued by saying he has yet to see any evidence that Putin as killed anybody “in terms of reporters”.
DONALD Trump has defended criticism over his growing relationship with Vladimir Putin, saying he is “making mincemeat” of Barack Obama.
“If he has killed reporters I think that’s bad”, Trump said. “So you’re supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, at least in our country”. But when he was asked about allegations that Putin had stifled and even killed members of the press, here’s what he said. He added that Putin knows that the billionaire tycoon is the only candidate who hasn’t criticized Russian Federation for its meddling in Ukraine and Syria.
“He’s a dictator. He’s a bully”, declared the former Florida governor, adding that the Russian president admires strength and the United States should demonstrate strength to counter him in the global arena. “Trump pledged that together with Putin he would “Make Tyranny Great Again”. Last week, Putin signed a law allowing Russia’s Constitutional Court to decide whether or not to implement rulings of worldwide human rights courts.
For McCain, Trump’s admiration of Putin is “incomprehensible”. “Because I’ve been – you know, you’ve been hearing this, but I haven’t seen the names”, Trump said on ABC. “He’s an embarrassment to the Bush family”, Trump said.
The mutual display of appreciation has caused many critics to voice their opinions against Trump, for a variety of reasons ranging from a general distaste for President Putin’s policies to umbrage at Trump’s comparison of killings in/by Russian Federation versus those in/by the U.S.
“I think I’ll win the Hispanic vote”, Trump told reporters after touring the bridge.
Donald Trump, a man whose ire for the media has been matched only by his ire for minorities, extended a warm and loving olive branch to journalists this week: the promise that he will not, in fact, have them slaughtered. “Putin can’t stand our president and it’s causing us difficulty”. He’s also a low-energy person, which I’ve said before, but he’s a weak and ineffective person.
