I Will Miss Mrs. Doubtfire Co-Star and a Good Friend, Says the Former James Bond, Pierce Brosnan
Pierce Brosnan’s co-star of Mrs. Doubtfire is no more, but his mature acting skill still exists on the mind of thousands of viewers and co-stars.
Forever and Missed Forever
After couple of days after the death of the legendary comedian actor Robin Williams, co-star and friend Pierce Brosnan opened his mouth. On August 13, Brosnan remarked while he walked the red carpet in Hollywood. The actor commented about his good friend and co-star of Mrs. Doubtfire, “Loved Forever and Missed Forever”. Brosnan was in Los Angeles TCL Chinese theatre, where he went to attend the premiere of his latest film “The November Man”. While, the Irish actor was present in the premiere to talk about the latest launch, he ended up stating about the loss of his friend, Robin Williams.
Actor lost his daughter a year ago
The former James Bond star, 61, who is almost the same age of Robin, said that “It is a deeply sad time for us all on the loss of Robin Williams”. It is again a shock for the actor who lost his beloved daughter more than a year ago due to ovarian cancer. The actor said to the U.S. Weekly that it was a pleasing time for him to meet the comedian actor on the first day on set.
The first meeting
The first meeting was not at all so wonderful. When the actor walked into the trailer he found Robin in a pair of Ugg boots, wearing a shorts and a Hawaiian shirt and exposing his hairy leg and chest. That was Mrs. Doubtfire. He said, “I walked into the trailer and there was Robin in a pair of Ugg boots, hairy legs, shorts, Hawaiian shirt and hairy chest. That’s how I met Robin Williams, and that’s how I met Mrs. Doubtfire. And I had the time of my life. Every day was just sheer magic with the man. His hilarity, his grace, his brilliance of mind and soul. His reverence, sincerity. [It’s a] deep loss.”
