In The Da Vinci Code, Tom Hanks played Robert Langdon, a puzzle-solving man who was caught in the middle of a deadly battle to uncover or destroy the truth about the Holy Grail. But someone had already stolen the mask even before they could get there. The problem is, it is no other than Prof. Time to lay off the Jager, Professor Langdon.
“Dante defined our conception of hell 700 years ago, but these circles have been altered”. When a mysterious woman named Sienna Brooks appears to help him, she leads them toward a mystery embroiled within a web of risky twists revolving around the 14th-century poem Dante’s Inferno.
In his mission, Langdon is accompanied by Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones) as she helps him recover his memory, which seems to have blacked out for some time. The sequel to “The Da Vinci Code” and “Angels & Demons” is slated to hit US theaters on October 28 in 3D and 2D formats.
The previous Langdon movies opened near the beginning of summer, yet this one is slated for the end of October, which is usually a dumping ground before the fall blockbuster season really begins.
