IOS 11 leak reveals iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus
OLED display? Highly legitimate. So the next logical question is where will the Touch ID or as we know it the fingerprint scanner go?
The new iPhone camera features follow Apple’s June unveiling of ARKit, which aims to provide software developers tools to make augmented-reality apps.
While The iPhone 8 is arguably the most anticipated new iPhone release we’ve seen in years, it appears that the iPhone 8 may also be the hardest iPhone to find once it actually launches. Apple stock marched steadily downward during regular trading hours Friday as investors started to worry that the special edition iPhone analysts have been bragging about all year long might let them down. These features include a new portrait lighting mode which supports “Contour Light, Natural Light, Stage Light, Stage Light Mono and Studio Light”.
It is learnt that Portrait Lighting could indeed be an integrated feature of the iPhone’s camera flash for taking stills and videos.
Also, there is evidence that the OLED iPhone will feature a True Tone Display for white balancing like the iPad Pro lineup.
The leak also seems to confirm what we’ve suspected previously, that the iPhone X will ditch the Home button entirely.
The next leaked update also utilizes the face-scanning hardware that’s rumored to be coming with the new iPhone 8.
As the names suggest, the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are successors to Apple’s last flagships iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, running on a faster processor.
Face ID will used 3D and infrared scanners for a more sophisticated (and harder-to-fool) form of facial recognition than is seen in a number of Android handsets at the moment, such as the Sony Xperia XA1.
Apple’s Home Button hasn’t only served the goal of a fingerprint scanner, but also adds more uses like accessing multitasking menu and activating Siri.
“Across the bottom of the screen there’s a thin, software bar in lieu of the home button”, writes Bloomberg. For instance, double-clicking the side button will invoke Apple Pay cards and passes. So, if they will not get iPhone 8, then there are chances that will buy other smartphones available in the market. Nonetheless, the prediction that Apple’s new iPhone will lead to a period of strong growth is based on the idea that the iPhone 8, along with the upgraded iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus, will impress and therefore sell well.
The phone. Not just one, but three, according to Bloomberg – a premium iPhone with a brand new design, and two additional iPhone models that are more likely to be successors to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
Naturally, Apple wants more suppliers to gain better rates for this display component, but with LG Display and Japan Display being its only two other options, the tech company has no choice but to rely on Samsung for now.
