Iowa has a Big Chance to win the Big Ten
After a three-year dip, Iowa won nine games in 2008 and made a national title run the following year that culminated in their only BCS bowl win. “It’s about what we do once the ball is kicked, how we execute and how we play”.
They have faced adversity just like every other team in the country, despite the fact that they haven’t played a top 25 team every week. “It won’t change now”.
That was Iowa starting center Austin Blythe, speaking to the media on Monday via conference call.
“We’re not going to think differently”, running back Jordan Canzeri said.
But that won’t stop these two like-minded and similarly constructed teams from competing this weekend, especially knowing all that’s on the line. “We’re getting ready to step into a 60-minute fight”. It was Michigan State’s fifth 11-win season in six years.

“We’ve never ever had any doubt in Kirk Ferentz”. The weather we’ve played in the past couple of weeks has impacted what we could do with the passing game.
