IPhone 6S Rose Gold with early delivery date
Despite not launching until Friday, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pre-orders have already started shipping from Apple and its carrier partners in many launch markets.
Have you received your iPhone 6S early and if so, what make and model is it?
Adrienne Alpern, of San Diego, US starting posting photographs of her Rose Gold iPhone 6s after it arrived unexpectedly last night. Well, at least one user has apparently been more lucky than the rest as she has already received an iPhone 6s and has benchmarked it too.
iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are designed from the strongest glass on any smartphone and 7000 series aluminum, the same alloy used in the aerospace industry, in gorgeous metallic finishes that now include rose gold.
Ms. Alpern also posted a video and images in 4K resolution, which MacRumors have shared here. Geekbench scores were nearly 50% faster than the previous iPhone 6, with single core performance hitting 2292 and multi-core performance managing 4232. In the multi-core score, iPhone 6s has earned itself 4795. The phone will be officially released on September 25, after which we expect other websites and publications to pull it apart to see its power. Therefore, this will be a good indicator as to when the users will be able to get their newest iDevice, over the next weekend.
More interestingly, the jammy customer has provided Geekbench benchmark results that reveal the new A9 chip to be a bit of a beast.
