IPhone 7: Second speaker may just be cosmetic

From a design standpoint, there isn’t really much separating the iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone 7 Plus, but not if you look closely.

Ready for another iPhone 7 leak? Also possible: a dual-lens camera to improve image quality, particularly in shots with less light; the removal of the classic headphone jack; a pressure-sensitive home button that provides feedback to users through vibration; and the ability to charge the phone wirelessly. Since Apple has yet to produce waterproof devices, it isn’t hard to tell that the patent is intended for future iPhones and iPads, and this could start with the iPhone 7.

Over the last several months, the buzz surrounding what the iPhone 7 will and won’t be has become a deafening roar in the tech blogosphere, in part because the smartphone apparently won’t get the major design revamp Apple traditionally unleashes on consumers every other year.

Everyday new leaks and images hit the news supposedly reporting on another new feature of the Apple’s upcoming handset – it can sometimes be hard to keep up! The phone looks similar to iPhone 6 but its back is quite different.

One aspect of the new iPhone series that’s being ignored by Apple’s critics is an important one – the fact that both iPhone units may have an increased screen resolution. It is believed that the company will tweak its next-gen iPhone 7 but it will incorporate significant changes in the iPhone 8 that will be released in 2017, in order to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the company’s original iPhone model.

Other reports, including a fairly assured contribution from online tipster Evan Blass, have maintained there will only be a standard and Plus version of the new iPhone – the latter of which will come with the dual rear camera.

That is double the storage available on the entry level MacBook Air and would potentially make the iPhone 7 one of the smartphones with the highest internal storage capacity, alongside the ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe.

As the new iPhone, 7 is elegantly designed with its thinner housing also with its more attractive antenna lines.
