Israeli forces attack Palestinians at al-Khalil funeral
RAMALLAH, West Bank (AP) – A Palestinian stabbed and wounded a man at a station of Jerusalem’s light rail Friday before he was shot dead by police, security guards and civilians, police said.

In all, 11 Israelis were killed in attacks and 66 Palestinians by Israeli fire in the past six weeks.

Saturday’s foiled knife attack comes as Palestinians were to hold in Hebron a mass funeral for five teenagers, including two girls, killed in unrest with Israeli forces, after Israel released their bodies for burial.
Clashes broke out between Palestinian stone throwers and Israeli soldiers as the funerals began.
Another video reveals the gratuitously violent – and perhaps genocidal – mindset of Israeli occupation forces who invade Palestinian towns and villages. In these attacks, Palestinians have been shot dead after the military said they stabbed or tried to stab soldiers.
The violence has spread to the West Bank, with daily attacks on Israeli soldiers and protests, and also to the Gaza Strip where demonstrators have clashed with Israeli forces along the borders of the blockaded coastal enclave.
An Israeli army spokesperson did not have any immediate information but told Ma’an they were looking into the incident.
The other file delved into Israel’s occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Forty of the Palestinians killed were said by Israel to have been involved in attacks or attempted attacks. He said the age restrictions were enforced only partially.
But while this week’s visit to The Hague by Maliki, President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Rami Hamdallah appeared created to sharpen the focus on the court at a time of increased Israeli-Palsetinian violence, the Palestinian Authority has little influence over the progress of the probe.
Another Palestinian is to be buried separately in Israeli-annexed east Jerusalem while another young Palestinian was buried late Friday in Jenin.
As reported by The Jewish Chronicle, Kaufman, MP for Manchester Gorton and Father of the House, told the audience at a Palestine Return Centre event that the Government has become more pro-Israel in recent years due to donations from Jewish groups.
The Israeli military did not provide details. The Israel Defense Forces chief of staff, Gadi Eizenkot, said last week that the army has been seeking to restore quiet after weeks of clashes and terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and security forces, though he added no end was in sight.
However, Amnesty said that even if the girl had a knife in her possession, “eyewitness accounts indicate she was not posing a threat to Israeli forces when she was shot, and her killing is therefore absolutely unjustified”.
