It looks like a dogfighting mode is coming to Star Wars Battlefront

Star Wars Battlefront is known for its on the ground gameplay that has defined the series in previous entries and from what we’ve seen thus far.

Now, EA Star Wars has shared a teaser that gave us our first look at the Dog Fight mode, that is named “Fighter Squadron”.

The video showcases X-Wing fighters engaging in a dogfight against the Imperial Empire’s TIE fighter squad.

EA and developer DICE revealed more about the upcoming shooter last week with the announcement of Blast Mode, a close-quarters 10v10 multiplayer mode taking place in the interiors of several key levels.

EA returns to Gamescom with another press conference and major presence at the massive public trade show.

Bleeding Cool reports that each hero and villain character in “Star Wars: Battlefront” has a unique set of skills that players can use to take advantage of against other fan favorite character.

Star Wars: Battlefront is due on November 17 in North America and November 20 in Europe, for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
