It’s time to consider the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl contenders

This one almost tops the list because the Chiefs scored a touchdown with seconds to play in regulation, it had to be reviewed, there was a two-point conversion, the Broncos took the lead in overtime but the Chiefs rallied and won it on a field-goal that doinked off the upright in overtime. I’m a guy where I’ve got to go in practice to gain more confidence.

The Chiefs quickly responded, with a 75-yard scoring drive that capitalized on Denver’s mistakes. But the Broncos suddenly fell apart, allowing the tying TD and field goals on both overtime possessions.

“This is my fourth season here and we have never been in this position”, Marshall said.

That Denver’s offense was still in the game after the first half was a credit to its defense. You play to win the game. We’ll enjoy it tonight and then right back to the drawing on Monday and get ready for Atlanta. That came on the heels of a safety by Kansas City. At first, officials ruled that Hill was short of the goal line, but a review changed the call to a TD.
