Italian Court Gives Naomi Campbell Suspended Six-Month Jail Sentence For

This was not the first time the “Miss Universe 2001” host confronted legal charges. She was ordered to attend anger management classes in 1998 after striking her personal assistant with a mobile phone.
From that charge, Campbell served five days of community service in New York City in 2007.
The supermodel has also been involved in a blood diamond scandal after allegedly receiving several stones from former Liberian president Charles Taylor in 2010, an accusation she denied at the Leidschendam Special Court for Sierra Leone after she was subpoenaed to testify at a trial involving Taylor’s war crimes.
