It’s a Double Royal Treat for Princess Charlene of Monaco

It can be called a dual royal treat as the charming Princess Charlene of Monaco is expecting twins. The beautiful lady is reportedly pregnant with twins. The news has been confirmed to Us Weekly by a source who is well conversant with the matter.

No doubt, it’s a joyous time for her and her close ones. The would-be-mom and her hubby, Prince Albert II, declared that were expecting in the month of May. The couple also stated that the birth is anticipated by the end of the year. It has been stated by the royal couple to the Us Weekly in a statement at that time. The 36 year old Princess Charlene and the 56 years old Albert II first met each other way back in 2000. The son of Grace Kelly, the late legend and the Prince of Monaco, Rainier III, met the charming lady during a swimming competition. Later, the royal couple tied the knot back in July 2011 in Monaco.

Albert II discussed about his wife’s pregnancy in June at the opening of the New Monaco Yacht Club. He added that every careful step is being taken to ensure that everything goes well. Cautious steps are indeed needed to make sure that the pregnant lady is fully fit and fine. As per the would-be-dad, “[We’re] taking every cautious step to make sure everything goes well.”

Albert II also stated to the Associated Press that that duo were “thrilled” and “overjoyed” about the forthcoming chapter. In fact, the twins would be the first kids for Princess Charlene. She flaunted her enlarging baby bump on September 25.

Albert II has two children from his previous relationship. His children are Alexandre Coste, 10 years old, and Jazmin Grace Grimaldi, 22 years old.
