It’s Official- Cameron Diaz Married Benji Madden!

Just weeks after Cameron Diaz and Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden got engaged, the couple tied the knot on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, after sunset.

The 42-year-old “Annie” star wed Benji Madden, 35, at her Beverly Hills mansion. Cameron dated Justin Timberlake, Jared Leto, Matt Dillon, and baseball star Alex Rodriguez in the past and claimed that she wasn’t the typical marryiage type. Her marriage comes as a pleasant surprise to all her friends and family. In the past, Madden was engaged to Sophie Monk, and has previously been romantically linked to Paris Hilton, Holly Madison, and Eliza Doolittle.

Although Cameron has known Benji for many years, it was her good friend Nicole Richie, who played the matchmaker. Richie is married to Benji’s twin brother and bandmate Joel.

Sparrow Madden, 5, nephew of the groom and son of Richie and Joel Madden was the ring bearer. The bridesmaids were Richie, her BFF Drew Barrymore, Cameron’s sister Chimene, and her assistant Jesse Lutz. In attendance were Gwyneth Paltrow, Reese Witherspoon, Samantha Ronson, Toni Collette, Jeffrey Katzenberg, producer Nancy Juvonen, Drew’s hubby, Will Kopelman, and Pussycat Dolls choreographer Robin Anti.

Cameron’s close friend and Charlie’s Angels co-star Drew Barrymore threw her a bridal shower at her Hollywood Hills home. In Her Shoes co-star Toni Collette was also spotted at her bridal shower.

The hush-hush wedding was orchestrated by Yifat Oren, who planned weddings for Reese Witherspoon, Natalie Portman, Anne Hathaway, and Drew Barrymore. Trucks from Classic Party Rentals, the Velvet Garden florists, and Beverage Warehouse were spotted arriving at their private gated home and a white tent was erected in the backyard, for the nuptials.

Diaz apparently had a bachelorette party over the weekend in Los Angeles. The couple reportedly also had a rehearsal dinner for their family and friends.
