James Harden signs massive new endorsement deal
James Harden #13 of the Houston Rockets reacts in the second half against the Golden State Warriors during game five of the Western Conference Finals of the 2015 National Basketball Association Playoffs at ORACLE Arena on May 27, 2015 in Oakland, California.
Recently, Harden signed a deal with the outfitter that is worth in the area of $200 million, one of the more lucrative endorsement deals that we have ever seen. An Adidas crew delivered Harden a full truckload of shoes – enough to last him well into the upcoming season and longer. Today is October 1, which means Harden is now officially under contract with the three stripes. However, the reality was Harden was still under contract with Nike at the time of the photos, so if he’d been seen going to check out “Straight Outta Compton” while wearing another shoe brand he would have been in trouble.
The truck, sent by Adidas, carried over a decades worth of sneakers so the Houston Rockets player will never have to wear another brand of sneaker again, according to the Bleacher Report.
Showing he’s a lover, not a fighter, Harden amped up the PDA on date night with his knockout girlfriend. It’s a credit to my time in Houston and I’m just trying to enjoy the moment, but I still have to remember how I got here and all the hard work it took.
“Just everything, however I want it, I have a say-so, I have a voice that can and will be heard. They want to help me be closer to my fans, tell my story and make incredible product together”, Harden said in a statement. “I can’t wait to get started”.
