Jana Kramer Eliminated on First Night of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Finale
Laurie Hernandez has a slight edge over her two rivals going in to Tuesday night’s “Dancing With the Stars” finale. All four celebrity-pro couples will do a freestyle for their second dance, with Hinchcliffe and Burgess performing to “Beethoven’s 5 Secrets” by The Piano Guys. On Tuesday, viewers will learn which dancing duo will be taking home the Mirror Ball trophy after 11 weeks of competition. They’ve spent much of Season 23 trading leaderboard positions with Laurie and Val and Jana a Gleb and we’re nearly certain “DWTS” fans will be seeing this duo in the finale. Check out our DWTS Finals predictions for tonight below in our Dancing with the Stars 2016 spoilers!
James Hinchcliffe is in the closing laps of the race to secure the champion’s spoils. By the end of the episode, we felt especially bad for one Jana Kramer after some struggles in her routines – and her partner Gleb Savchenko trying to do his best despite having the flu. & his professional dancer Lindsay Arnold took the stage tonight and danced their supersized Freestyle to “Please Mr. Postman”/”I Want You Back” medley by The Marvelettes/Jackson 5.
Train won’t be the only all-star performance on the DWTS finale. The elimination was swift: Laurie is safe, Calvin is safe, and James is safe. She dominated the leaderboard with a high score of 60 tonight.
Inspired by Hinchcliffe’s often-mentioned horrifying auto accident that almost took his life 18 months ago, the couple’s freestyle was set to “Beethoven’s 5 Secrets”, with additional audio featuring Hinchcliffe narrating the story of his own near-death experience and his will to survive. His freestyle routine was an interpretation of James’ life threatening racing accident previous year. That put them ahead of Kramer, who earned a total of 71, but behind Hinchcliffe’s 77 and Hernandez’ 78. The audience, the judges and contestants on the show have been feeling as emotional as ever. For Jana & Gleb, I just haven’t been able to connect with them. After them, the top three finalists will compete for the title. She became so confident and seemed so much happier toward the end of the season, and I think that Dancing With The Stars had so much to do with that.
The season finale will take place at The Grove.
Carrie Ann: All I know is the world needs more of Calvin Johnson Jr. Andy Grammer, Vanilla Ice and Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds will perform on the final night. Points from the November 21 will be combined to determine the victor. Don’t miss the season finale of Dancing with the stars, tomorrow night (November 22) at 9:00 p.m. EST only on ABC. “We got a lot of risky things going on, but when they pay off, it’s going to be really great”. As soon as the music ended, Jana was in tears, and as they waited for their scores, Gleb began to cry too.
