Janet Jackson’s ‘Nasty’ boosts on Spotify after Trump’s ‘nasty woman’ comment
“I could not believe I heard him say “Such a nasty woman”!…”
Note that Trump didn’t simply say, “that’s unfair”, or maybe, “that’s nasty”.
He has a view of who he thinks isn’t as good as he is, and I think you’ve sadly seen that toward women and minorities and immigrants and the LGBT community.
It didn’t take long for Donald Trump’s interruption of Hillary Clinton during Wednesday night’s presidential debate in which he called the Democratic nominee “such a nasty woman” to graduate from rude comment to marketable, empowering meme. “That, in your Southern, gentleman-y way, is fine with you?” A Southern gentleman is raised to treat women with courtesy to their faces.
Sales of pro-Clinton merchandise last week were 53.5 percent higher than for Trump, Jain said. Colmes interjected that Trump had called Clinton “nasty”, as CNN reported.
It seems that all the gentility in the world can’t stop this gentleman from telling a woman her place.
No word on whether Hillary Clinton will use “Nasty” as her entrance music during any upcoming campaign stops.
Actually, I’m glad that Babin has brought up the word “genteel” for us to discuss. After repeated attempts to sidestep the question, Babin finally said, “I agree”. A Southern gentleman respects his mama and learned to treat women with respect, even if it’s a paternalistic respect.
Babin, 68, is a freshman congressman who previously was a dentist, but now is the Chairman of House Subcommittee on Space.
Rep. Brian Babin is no gentleman and he does Southern gentleman a disservice with his public nastiness.
Hacked emails reveal internal disagreement among top aides to Hillary Clinton about her determination to hold a Clinton Foundation summit in Morocco that later drew attention over its reliance on large financial. But some Republicans are doubling down on Trump’s characterization. When women behave this way, Trump treats them with. well, sometimes he gropes them, allegedly.
