Jay Z & Beyonce Renting $45 Million Palatial Mansion

The location of their home is certainly convenient, as it’s in the same neighborhood as the property they were asked to vacate from.

America’s royal couple of hip-hop now has a palace fit to live in.

Jay Z and Beyonce are renting a $45 million mansion in the Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles for approximately $150,000 a month, according to TMZ.

The gorgeous mansion has an Olympic-sized, indoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool, waterfall and large, landscaped gardens. They’re only bound to a one-year lease on the place.

The power couple has reportedly already been kicked out of their Los Angeles home that they were renting up until last month, but it looks like things worked out for the better.

Former Los Angeles Dodgers vendor Frank McCourt applied to consider the exquisite grounds residence before offering it past season for a unknown British multimillionaire, who exactly in the long run chose to payments it outside. The two artists were given a chance to purchase the plush pad themselves, but they chose not to outbid the deep-pocketed buyer.

After having to leave their last Californian mansion, Beyonce and Jay Z have finally found their dream home.
