The news is that she was completely in a toned skin which is something smashing. This proud mother is so happy that she gained only 18 pounds and weighs 128 pounds when she was 8 months pregnant with her second child. This 22 years beauty is on a fastrack to lose baby weight now.

Kaiser, 10 days, is her second child with her boyfriend Nathan Griffith. Her elder son is Jace, 5 with her ex Andrew Lewis. Nathan Griffith also has a daughter from his previous relationship. It is been a wonderful time for this couple and they are enjoying being parents once again. For Evans, it is like a cherry on the cake as she is losing her weight with a faster pace.
